As you see, there is a crafting help topic in Items-section for the starters! Here will be info about higher crafting too.
I'll make this easy with some questions and answers to them.
Q: Can I level up all my crafting skills?
A: Yes you can. It will cost much to lvl up all craft skills at once so I prefer to start upgrading them by focusing on one skill first.
Q: Which is the easiest crafting skill?
A: Apothecary. You need herbs only.
Q: Which are the most important crafting skills?
A: Apothecary and Blacksmith. After those two tailor > Craftsman
Q: I can not find the lvl 4 items to upgrade my BS 3. What to do?
A: Go to Archosaur. Blacksmiths/tailors etc there allow you to make higher gear.
Q: How can I find the locations?
A: pwmap.ru/pwi try that site out for resources and herbs. When you need drop materials, use pw.database.com/pwi
You can buy jades from merchants.
Q: Why I can't update my lvl 4 skills?
A: You need to do a quest for them.
